Proteins from tropomyosin fragments transfected HPASMC extracts were pulled down with the biotin-cGMP, separated in SDS-PAGE gels and analyzed by immunoblotting with specific antibody to Myc. (b) As described in (a), aa 1–284, aa 1–208, aa 1–141, and aa 1–67 fragments of tropomyosin were transfected into HPASMCs for 24 h respectively and the cellular lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-Myc antibody
