The inhibitory effect of FKBP10 deficiency on migration and adhesion is 2-phosphoascorbate dependent. a Analysis of open wound areas in scratch assays of phLF treated with scrambled siRNA (sc) as control or FKBP10 siRNA (kd) in absence and presence of TGF-β1 (2 ng/mL) and 0.1 mM 2-phosphoascorbate. Images were taken at 0h and after 24h.
