Lack of SOCS3 increased the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines in the lung tissues and BAL of mice after LPS treatment. IL-1beta (a), IL-6 (b) and CXCL15 (c) mRNA transcripts in lung tissues were analyzed by qRT-PCR analysis. Data was presented as ΔΔCT of target genes relative to GAPDH. CXCL15 protein (d) in BAL of the treated mice were measured by ELISA analysis. Data were shown as mean value ±standard error. #p < 0.05, ##p < 0.01 v.s. WT/PBS; * p < 0.05 v.s.
