Effect of salmeterol and dexamethasone combination on the number, differentiation and β2-AR expression of fibrocytes from severe asthma patients. NANT cells from patients with severe asthma (n = 4–7) were treated with salmeterol (10−9 M) in the presence or absence of dexamethasone (Dex; 10−7 M) for 3 days.
