SUMF1 expression in sputum cells and lung fibroblasts divided by rs11915920 genotype. SUMF1 expression, including the three splice variants, was examined for SNP rs11915920 in sputum cells (a-d) and lung fibroblasts (e-h) from subjects from the Lund cohort. Both controls and COPD patients were used for sputum cell analysis and COPD patients for the lung fibroblasts, then divided depending on genotype.
