Validation of MSC properties. a BM-MSCs were harvested and cultured from guinea pigs’ bone marrow from healthy (sham-exposed) or CS-exposed individuals. b Cell characterization was determined by plastic adhesion, colony forming capacity, and morphology. c Purity was checked by flow cytometric analysis of CD45 expression in BM-MSCs and compared with whole blood.
