Activation of the ERK/MAPK signaling pathway enhances proliferation of BCs. a Western blot analysis was performed on cell lysates (40 μg) prepared from transfected (pcDNA3.1 and pcDNA3.2-TROP2) and control cells 48 h after transfection and inhibition of the ERK/MAPK pathway with U0126 as indicated (+/−). Blots were incubated with the antibodies indicated.
