Effect of siBMAL1 on HPL1D cell migration. HPL1D cells in 6-well plates were transfected with siBMAL1 or siCtrl for 48 h and treated with TGF-β1 for 24 h. Equal numbers of cells were seeded in non-coated transwell inserts and cultured for another 24 h.
