Effect of BMAL1 on MMP9 production. HPL1D cells were transiently transfected with siBMAL1 or siCtrl for 48 h. During the last 24 h of transfection, the cells were treated with TGF-β1 at 5 ng/ml and/or TNFα at 10 ng/ml.
