DCs cocultured with CSE for 10d cannot stimulate T cell activation in a mixed lymphocyte reaction. Ovalbumin-specific D011.10Â T cells were isolated from spleen and mixed with ovalbumin and bone marrow-cultured DCs (untreated), DCs co-cultured with CSE for 10Â days (CSE 10d) or DCs co-cultured for 10Â days with LPS (LPS 10Â days).
