AM depletion reduces RSV clearance and impairs weight gain. Balb/c mice (2 days old) were treated with i.n. CLip and/or IFNγ as outlined in the Methods section. Left lungs were collected on 4 (a) and 8 (b) dpi for RSV quantification using plaque assay.
