Note: * indicates significance (P < 0.05) at the indicated peak hip power absorption at mid stance between the healthy controls and patients with COPD. This finding was significant when covariates were not added to the model. Patients with COPD demonstrated less hip power absorption as compared to controls. § indicates significance (P < 0.05) at the indicated peak ankle power absorption at mid stance between healthy controls and patients with COPD when covariates were added to the model.
