From: Mast cells in a murine lung ischemia-reperfusion model of primary graft dysfunction
Comparison of lung responses to ischemia-reperfusion injury in C57BL/6 Kit+/+(B6) and KitW-sh/W-sh(Wsh) mice with and without parenchymal mastocytosis induced by injection with BMCMC (n = 5 per group, except that one B6 control animal did not survive surgery). Lung water (A) and extravascular plasma equivalents (B) were compared in ischemic left lungs following reperfusion and in unligated right lungs. P-values for a one-way ANOVA test are shown for each metric and side.
