From: Activation of macrophage nuclear factor-κB and induction of inducible nitric oxide synthase by LPS
EMSA of NF-κB complex. LPS (100 ng/ml) activated the NF-κB expression after 30 min incubation compared with unstimulated alveolar macrophages. The 32P-labeled oligonucleotide corresponding to a consensus κB site, the excessive cold NF-κB probe and AP-1 probe were incubated with 3 μg of nuclear protein.
