Microtubule destabilization inhibits SR mediated phagocytosis. Adherent GM-MØ were pretreated with nocodazole before incubation with fluorescent latex beads. Cells were analyzed for the percent internalization of bound beads. Bars represent the means of five donors +/- the standard deviation. For each donor, three fields from each of three replicate wells were analyzed. **p < 0.001 when compared to either the control or DMSO conditions.
