- Effect of Gram-negative bacteria and associated PAMPs on CXCL-8 release from human ASMCs over 48 h. ASMCs were treated with either bacteria Gram-negative E. coli, (106–108 CFU ml-1), LPS, (0.01–1 μg ml-1) or FK565, (10 nM and 100 nM). The data represent the mean ± SEM from triplicate of three different donors.
