Responses to PPD, RD1 intact proteins, RD1 selected peptides and QTF-G in TST+ contacts that underwent INH therapy were evaluated over time at time 1 (baseline), time 2 (after 1–2 months of INH therapy), time 3 (therapy completion). Responses to PPD (A) were not significantly affected, unlike those to QTF-G (B), to RD1 intact proteins (C), and to RD1 selected peptides (D), which were found to significantly change over time.
