Dose effect curve of the adenylate cyclase activator forskolin on U46619-elevated pulmonary artery pressure in untreated and desensitized (post iloprost infusion) lungs. Forskolin dose-dependently reduced the elevated pulmonary artery pressure. There was no change in the dose response curve when applying identical doses of forskolin 240 min after iloprost infusion.
