Effect of the diet on the mouse Muc4, Muc5b and Muc5ac gene expressions of mice inoculated with sterile agarose beads. Values represent the Log10 copy number of each Muc transcript normalized with the 18s (log(Muc/18s))+11. Exact P-values were calculated to compare the effect between days for a given diet (ω3: n-3 PUFA treated group; C: control diet group; ω6: n-6 PUFA treated group) or between diets for a given day. Significant P-values are given in 2 × 2 tables.
