Gene expression analysis in lung by absolute qPCR of mouse Muc4, Muc5ac and Muc5b transcripts normalized with the 18s. Five healthy mice fed with the control diet for 5 weeks were used in each group. Ratios between the absolute amounts of the three Muc copy numbers and the 18s copy number is given in Log10 (Muc/18s)+11 due to the high difference between the Muc4 level expression and the two other Mucs gene expression levels.
