Statistical analysis was performed with ANCOVA, using the day 0 body weight readings as a baseline covariate. PCPC difference vs PBS control: Treatment day 1 p = 0.0013, Treatment day 2 p = 0.016. PCP difference vs PBS control, Treatment day 1 p = 0.003, Treatment day 2 p = 0.083.
