Effects of pan-JAK signaling inhibitor (DBI), upon IL-4-stimulated MUC4 mRNA expression. NCI-H650 cells were pretreated with indicated concentrations of DBI for 30 min before stimulation with 2.5 ng/ml of IL-4.
