From: Limited β2-adrenoceptor haplotypes display different agonist mediated airway responses in asthmatics
FEV1 (mean ± SE) before and after cumulative doses of fenoterol in patients with different genotypes, pre-treated with placebo or terbutaline for two weeks. FEV1 was measured one hour after fenoterol inhalation, directly after the previous PD20 measurement. For the reductions in FEV1 per genotype and associated p-values: see table 5.
