As 2 O 3 augments pulmonary IκBα expression in OVA-sensitized and challenged mice. Total proteins of lung tissue were extracted 4 hrs after the final OVA challenge, and subjected to Western blot analysis of IκBα. β-Actin was utilized as the standard control. Lane 1: Naïve control mice; Lane 2: OVA-sensitized and challenged mice; Lane 3: OVA-sensitized and challenged mice treated with 4 mg/kg of As2O3. The positions of molecular size standards (in kDa) are indicated by arrows. One of three separate experiments is shown.
