Intraperitoneal administration of OVA-challenged mice with As2O3 (0.5–4.5 mg/kg) reduced the EOS in BALF, in which both 4, 4.5 mg/kg of As2O3 and 2.5 mg/kg of Dex achieved the similar anti-inflammatory effects. BALF EOS, stained with Diff-Quick solution, were counted using a hematocytometer, and expressed as a percentage in total leukocytes.
