Expression of RhoA and Rac1 in fibroblasts from BALF and bronchial biopsies from patients with SSc and mild asthma. Fibroblasts were harvested in lysis buffer as described in the Method section. Equal amounts of protein were loaded on 4–12% Bis-Tris gels. Western Blotting was performed to study the expression of RhoA (A) and Rac1 (B) where the optical density of the bands was measured to determine the expression.
