From: Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor α (PPARα) down-regulation in cystic fibrosis lymphocytes
The subcellular localization of PPARα protein in freshly isolated human peripheral blood lymphocytes was determined via immunofluorescence assay (C: n = 5 and CF: n = 5). Microscopy analysis revealed that the transcription factor is mainly situated in the small cytoplasmic area.
