(B) Real-time quantitative RT-PCR analysis of eight cytokine genes. The relative amount of each cDNA level against to TBP cDNA was measured and defined by an arbitrary unit. (10 μg/ml of theophylline treatment approximately corresponds to the clinical plasma level.)
