Influence of iloprost nebulization and its combination with sub-threshold doses of single or combined intravenous PDE inhibitors on systemic arterial pressure (PSA). The experiments correspond to those in Fig. 2; the decrease in PSA (in % of baseline) at the end of the iloprost nebulization (Ilo aer) period is given (mean ± SEM of 8 independent experiments each).
