One representative image of eight independent experiments for each chemokine is shown in the upper part of figure. Expression of β-actin in the same samples demonstrates equal loading of lanes. Line 0 – 10 represent cells non-cultured, non-stimulated and stimulated with TNF-α, IFN-γ or IL-1β respectively. Line M indicates the molecular marker. The lower part of figure shows the results of densitometric analysis of CXCL10, CXCL11, and CXCL9 mRNA expression in AEC-II isolated from one individual.
