Early dynamic distribution of mesenchymal stem cellsin vivo. Sequential whole body scintigraphies after infusion of indium-111 labeled mesenchymal stem cells were acquired from injection up to 96 h. After pulmonary retention, a liver and spleen repartition was observed. A lung domiciliation was indicated by lungs radioactivity stabilization. Bone radioactivity was linked with bone marrow homing after 24 hours.
