RANTES and eotaxin mRNA expression in A549 cells. Melatonin(10-6M) alone did not change the RANTES and eotaxin mRNA expression in A549 cells. TNF-α (100 ng/ml) could promote the RANTES and eotaxin expression in A549 cells.
