Percentage of γδ positive cells in CD3-positive lymphocytes after 0, 4, 6, 8 and 10 days of PBMC culture with cytosolic extract fromPseudomonas aeruginosa(PA). Surface expression of γδ receptor was detected in 2500 gated T lymphocytes, by three color cytometry, in controls (n = 17), Cystic fibrosis patients infected by PA (CFp, n = 9) and Cystic fibrosis patients not infected by PA (CFn, n = 4).
