Rosiglitazone and chloroquine elicit concentration-dependent relaxation in mouse small airways in lung slices. Airways in lung slices were pre-contracted with 100 nM methacholine (MCh), prior to perfusion with chloroquine (CQ) or rosiglitazone (RGZ).
