Effects of MaR1 pretreatment on HDE-induced TNF-α, IL-6, and CXCL1 release 24 hours following HDE treatment in mouse lung slices. Mouse lungs slices were pre-treated for 1 hour with 0, 100, or 200 nM MaR1, followed by 5% HDE treatment. At 24 hours following HDE treatment, lung slice supernatants were collected and assayed for murine TNF-α (A), IL-6 (B), and the murine IL-8 cognate CXCL1 (C). **p < 0.01 vs. 5% HDE; ***p < 0.001 vs. 5% HDE.
