SiRNA-mediated knockdown of ATF6α and ERp57 partially decreases HDM-induced eosinophils and lymphocytes in BALF. Mice were challenged with HDM and treated with siRNA as depicted in Figure 3A. BALF fluid was collected from mice (n = 10/group) and eosinophils (A), PMNs (B), macrophages (C) and lymphocytes (D) were counted using a hemocytometer. p < 0.05 as measured by ANOVA, ns = not significant.
