Effects of Abl knockout, imatinib and GNF-5 on the levels of IL-13 and CCL2 in BALF. (A) The level of IL-13 in BALF of Ablsm−/− mice was similar to those of Abl-lox mice treated with PBS or OVA (n = 7). (B) Abl conditional knockout did not affect the concentration of CCL2 in BALF (n = 6). (C) The OVA-induced increase in IL-13 level in BALF from BALB/c mice was attenuated by treatment with imatinib or GNF-5 (n= 7, *P < 0.05). (D) Treatment with imatinib or GNF-5 inhibited the OVA-induced enhancement of CCL2 in BALF from BALB/c mice (n = 6, *P < 0.05).
