The antiinflammatory effects of AF-1 on bleomycin-induced lung injury. (A). Experimental design 2: AF-1 (2 mg · kg-1 · day-1) was injected intraperitoneally from D0 to D6. On D7, mice were killed and lung samples were collected for further analysis. The degree of acute lung injury was assessed by H&E staining (×200, Scale bar = 100 μm) (B) and W/D ratio (C).
