  1. Four-day room air and cigarette smoke-exposed C57BL/6 wild type (WT), IL-1R1-knockout (KO) and/or TLR4KO mouse whole lung tissue were analyzed, by flow cytometry, for the percentage of B220+/CD11c+ plasmacytoid dendritic cells. Data are presented as mean +/− standard deviation (SD).
