CpG ODN treatment induces the expression of IL-10. Mice were injected i.p. with 200 μg of control or CpG ODN 5 days before 0.05 U of BLM was delivery intra-tracheally. Mice were sacrificed immediately before BLM (day 0 time point) or 3 and 7 days after BLM. IL-10 mRNA expression in the lung was measured by quantitative RT-PCR.
