PR8 virus infects ATI-like cells. ATI-like cells were cultured in DMEM with 10% FBS for 2 d and then cultured in DMEM with 5% FBS for 4 d. These cells were inoculated with PR8 virus for 1 h at a MOI of 1 pfu/cell and harvested at 48 hpi.
