Inhibitory effect of phospholipase C inhibitor U73122 on HPV and U46619-induced vasoconstriction. The effect of the active (U73122) and inactive (U73343) form of phospholipase C inhibitor as well as their solvent on the normoxic vascular tone, the strength of HPV, and the strength of U46619-induced vasoconstriction was investigated in isolated wild-type mouse lungs.
