Reduced allergen-induced AHR in PAR-2-deficient mice. BALB/c or PAR-2 -/- mice were treated with PBS or GC frass (40 μg/40 μl) GC frass on days 0 and 14. Mice were sacrificed on Day 17. In all cases the data are expressed as mean ± SEM and represent 4-6 mice per group and statistical significance determined by ANOVA (in all cases * p < 0.001, **p < 0.05). A.
