Effect of glycosphingolipid synthesis inhibitors on PCBG-mediated IL-8 secretion from 1HAEo-airway epithelial cells. A. Cells were incubated with different concentrations of PDMP for 72 hours prior to stimulation with 100 ug/ml of PCBG, and the cells incubated an additional 14 hours.
