Involvement of PKC in the potentiation of CSE-induced IL-8 release by muscarinic receptor stimulation. hASMc were stimulated with CSE (5%) in the absence or presence of MCh (10 Ī¼M) and/or GF109203X (3 Ī¼M) for 24 hours. Supernatants were analyzed for the presence of IL-8.
