OVA-specific syngeneic T-cell-stimulating capacity of BMDCs. Immature BMDCs from ICR mice were exposed to CSBG in the same manner as shown in Figure 8. Splenic T cells (2 × 105) from OVA-sensitized ICR mice were co-cultured with BMDCs (5 × 103 for 1.25%) from mice in the presence of OVA (20 μg) in 200 μl of R10 medium for 4 d. Thereafter, T-cell proliferation was evaluated. Data represent the mean ± SE of three animals from one experiment, representative of three experiments. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 vs. control.
