Analysis of the P. murina serum antibody response in immunocompetent Wild-Type (WT) and SP-A deficient (KO) mice. P. murina MSG specific IgG1 (A), IgG2a (B) and IgG2b (C) serum antibodies in immunocompetent WT and KO mice with no experimental exposure to P. murina were analyzed by ELISA in mice 4, 6, 8, and 10 weeks of age. Each group contained 4 mice. Data are expressed as the Mean ± the SEM of the OD₄₀₅ for each group *p < 0.01 KO vs. WT at time point, +p < 0.01 increase over time within a group, as determined by ANOVA.
